Assist and support the Marketing Department (Marketing, Food and Beverage, Admissions, Special Events and Public Relations) with projects, events and promotions that increase attendance and grow revenue and awareness for Pier 57, The Crab Pot, The Fisherman’s Restaurant, The Seattle Great Wheel, and Wings over Washington.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :

Assist with development and coordination of marketing events

Coordinate and implement marketing programs

Responsible for Restaurant Loyalty programs and online merchandise

Coordinate online media, specifically social media

Assist with email marketing and analytics reporting

Track and update all restaurant, event and banquet listings

Responsible for responding to donation requests

Show initiative by seeking out new marketing opportunities and finding ways to grow current programs

Write effectively and develop messaging that works across multiple communication channels – website, social, media, print, etc.

Assist Marketing and Public Relations with implementing overall communications efforts via press, media, community relations, special events, print, electronic and social media, etc

Interface with guests online and on site, delivering top-notch guest service

Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

Experience in marketing/advertising/hospitality/tourism preferred

Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel

Experience with online media, specifically, social media

Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Professional, courteous, and polite manner

Able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when requested

Self-motivated, creative and team oriented

Conscientious in quality and guest service
