Job Description: The engineer will be responsible for developing the full bias and uncertainty calculations for the steam dryer vibrational analysis methodology. Specifically, the engineer should be able to run and create MATLAB scripts to perform the statistical calculations associated with capturing the appropriate calculations from multiple existing datasets and combining them with other calculations to fully account for the bias and uncertainties in the steam dryer analysis methodology. The engineer should be able to understand the inherent physics involved in the methodology (Basic acoustics, structural vibrations, and fatigue). The engineer will need to have a strong ability to program in MatLab and a very strong understanding of statistics.
