The Granite Group's Ultimate Kitchen and Bath Store is seeking a talented and dynamic sales professional looking to join our sales team in our Concord NH Store in a part time role.

The hours are Tuesday - Friday, 12 5 p.m. Must be available to transition to a Wednesday through Saturday schedule in the coming months.

This position is responsible for generating showroom sales and performing sales oriented activities to include greeting and educating customers, managing pricing matters, using appropriate questioning, performing research, sourcing new products and servicing our customers needs resulting in the maximum profitable sale.

In this role you will learn how to:

Prepare competitive, thorough and customer friendly, sales quotations that satisfy customer’s needs and insure profitable sale generation to include persistent follow-up with customer and tracking of outstanding sales quotations.

Routinely evaluate showroom sales levels and develop activities intended to boost sales to include but not limited to: prospecting, building relationships with contractors, devising methods to increase traffic, and development of special sales initiatives.

Product pricing and manage the customer’s pricing expectations appropriately to insure maximum profitability of each sale.

Perform activities to insure The Granite Group’s showrooms are clean, freshly and attractively decorated, have up to date product displayed and that showroom literature is available and organized.

Become expert on all of the company’s products lines and maintain and develop and understanding of product’s technical aspects to facilitate sales.

Utilize time management techniques to insure that all customers are served on a timely basis, schedules are managed properly and that adequate time is provided to each customer to insure the maximum level of sales per customer visit.

Maintain an understanding of the competitive marketplace and recommend and implement actions to insure our competitiveness.

Insure that our clientele receives superior, high value service resulting in high volume sales and happy satisfied customers.

Continuously works to increase knowledge base of industry trends by participating in related organizations like IE, ASDI, NKBA, NAHB.
