We are seeking an experienced account manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing new and existing client relations. You will function as a constant presence and point person, providing support and consistency for both the client and our internal team throughout the course of various productions. As a lead point of contact for many client matters, you should anticipate the client’s needs and work within our company to ensure deadlines for the client are met and that the process goes smoothly for everyone.
The AM functions as the central point of contact for clients
Strive to build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships
Oversee the management of different clients and accounts
Contact new and existing clients to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
Work collaboratively with clients to ensure that you stay on the same path towards mutually successful results that satisfy and solve their needs.
Mitigate obstacles that could derail project costs or timelines
Communicate regularly with internal teams to fulfill the needs of the client & to ensure that deadlines are being met
Understand all internal processes, both production and operational, in order to effectively communicate our capabilities and address clients’ needs
Maintain client records through our various tools, including but not limited to Salesforce, Drift, and our internal production software
Entertaining clients, inside and outside of office environments
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related subject
3-5 Years prior work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
Prior work at an agency
Experience working with clients in content creation (video, photo, & mixed media)
Experience with CRM software and Google Suite, with an emphasis on superior spreadsheet skills
Excellent communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
Ability to multi-task and manage more than one client account at a time
Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
High emotional IQ is a plus
Must enjoy a positive, collaborative work environment
