Duration: 3 month contract to hire
Location: Little Rock, AR
GoAhead Solutions is looking for a Client Manager in Little Rock, AR
•Develop client-specific cost savings and profit-improvement strategies, implement required services, and document return on investment.
•Manage financial and business objectives including contract revenue, value-add revenue, renewals, expenses and margins and accounts receivable targets.
•Provide leadership on consulting engagements and engage in billable consulting activity, as appropriate and/or required, in partnership with client team members.
•Manage evolving client expectations, needs and priorities, and collaborate with client team members to ensure effective integration with consulting and service delivery capabilities and priorities, including database production processes.
•Manage and monitor client satisfaction, and recommend appropriate strategies, tactics and operational initiatives to continuously enhance client satisfaction.
•Meet regularly in face-to-face meetings with clients.
Examples of responsibilities:
•Lead service planning meetings with clients
•Identify opportunities for, propose, and sell value-add projects
•Coordinate internal and external contract renewal activities
•Graduate level education (e.g., MBA, MPHA) or equivalent education and experience.
•5+ years of experience in healthcare analysis and/or consulting, with client contact at senior levels and demonstrated business development skills.
•Proven history of ability to capture the attention and respect of key decision makers in the client environment by providing new and useful ways of thinking about managing healthcare costs and quality.
•Current or prior responsibility must have included revenue accountability in the $1,000,000 range.
•Ability to manage multiple clients.
•Superior understanding of both new business development and consulting methodology.
•Willingness to travel.
•Possess a minimum of five years of account management experience for a government
or private sector health care payer
•Must have excellent communications skills, writing skills, small group facilitation skills
and formal presentation skills.
•Possess an advanced degree.
•Bachelor’s degree with ten years experience managing projects of similar size and
complexity to the AME may be substituted for the advanced degree.
•Must be located in Little Rock, Arkansas full-time.
