Description: The Program Manager will be responsible for leading multi-functional teams to ensure overall program execution is carried out on schedule and within budget.
Defining team objectives assigning tasks to the functional team
Developing schedules and workflow processes for the program
Establishing, assigning and control the program budgets
Strengthening customer relationships
Managing Project Managers
2-4 years of project management, engineering, production or operations management related experience
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
Active US Government Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and Management, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
USAF System Program Office (SPO) Familiarization
A&AS, OASIS, or similar experience
Regular attendance and punctuality
Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice
Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
