Executive Assistant to Chairman at boutique Investment Bank

Our client, a 70 person commodities firm is seeking an experienced, capable, and savvy Executive Assistant to support their CEO/Chairman. The position needs a top notch assistant who enjoys projects. The role will be heavily focused on business related administrative matters with limited personal work. The ideal person for the role will have prior experience supporting a senior level executive in finance.

- Answer phones and field calls appropriately
- Screen all emails and respond when appropriate
- Schedule meetings
- Heavy calendar management
- Expenses
- Travel planning
- Assist with charitable giving
- Extensive internal and external communication
- Ad-hoc projects

- Prior Executive Assistant experience in finance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High level of professionalism
- Flexible attitude and great personality
- Confident and calm personality
- Must be able to exercise discretion at all times and handle confidential matters

HOURS: 9:00am - 7pm
SALARY: 65-70K + bonus + full benefits
