We are seeking a tech savvy office assistant to help our growing company in the following areas:

  • Social Media
    • design and post graphics for Instagram/Twitter/Facebook, implement advertising outreach across social media platforms, responsible for influencer outreach on Instagram when needed, create copy for posts as needed, create 10+ blog posts a month check in on social media platforms daily.

  • General Assistant

    • take notes during meetings, answer phones, send out iCalendar invites, Petty Cash Expense reports.

    • research, compile Excel sheets on brands/sponsors, pitch ideas.

    • maintenance: wipe down surfaces, take out trash/recycling, vacuum, water plants

    • run errands, for office merchandise, water, coffee runs, film shoot props etc.

  • Assistant to Video Producer

    • ensure all talent is on set and ready

    • organize for shoot

    • assist as needed.

Must be:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Photoshop ). - Technically savvy. Troubleshooting a plus
  • Must have great communication skills and be a team player.
  • Friendly and energetic

30-35 hours per week
