Gibbons Ford is searching for a customer centric service technician to lead our newly added mobile service division. Candidate must have prior automotive service experience and be able to demonstrate proficiency in basic maintenance, diagnostics, customer service and computer operation. The Ford Mobile Service Technician must be willing to work in diverse weather conditions, able to lift tires safely from a crouching position and be comfortable performing services while bending, squatting and laying on the ground.
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will:
Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments
Engage with many different customers each day and represent Gibbons Ford and Ford Motor Company
Apply hospitality skills by warmly greeting and engaging with customers
Consult with the customer on work to be performed
Perform multi-point inspection
Perform the work needed in a clean and efficient manner
Commit to a leave-no-trace clean up
