Considerable knowledge of public accounting tax practices and procedures including:
Years of Experience Required:
- Comprehensive knowledge of tax issues, especially in the areas of tax compliance and consulting services tailored to clients with the goal of tax minimization.
- International Tax experience is a plus.
- Experience as reviewer of work is a plus.
- Considerable knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (U.S. GAAP).
- Demonstrates thorough technical skills with applicable tax laws and accounting standards in researching, completing, and reviewing work.
5-12 years of prior public accounting experienceEducation and Certification Requirements:
BA or BS in Accounting (provided that the candidate has demonstrated the required minimum number of hours for CPA license); Masters Degree is a plus.
Certified Public Accountant license strongly preferred (or CPA Candidate with steps taken to pass CPA exam and thereafter obtain CPA license).
