Our busy dealership is seeking skilled General Motors Technicians for our Service Department. We are the #1 Chevrolet Sales Leader in the Western Region. We write 200+ repair orders per day. We are LOADED with work !!

Responsibilities:

  • Complete service repairs and assignments to meet demanding work load.
  • Ensure MPVI are completed and presented on every vehicle.
  • Ensure accurate electronic documentation of complaint, cause and correction on all repairs.
  • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer / dealership policies, warranties, procedures and guidelines.
  • Inspect quality output of all work before returning to service consultant.
  • Successfully complete all assigned GM and Non-GM training paths.
  • Ensure consultant / management are informed on possible changes impacting customer expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Dealership Service technician, or seasoned independent service technician.
  • Ability to diagnose vehicle malfunctions, recommend / perform appropriate quality repairs.
  • Must have tools required to complete assigned repairs, excluding dealer provided manufacture diagnostic / specialty tools.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with other team members.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency is required.
  • Knowledge of Dealership software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
