San Fernando Valley based family owned and operated insurance agency seeking property and casualty licensed personal lines insurance account manger/customer service representative with at least 2-5 years of experience. Candidates should be strategic thinkers who value commitment to client care. Highly self motivated, , reliable, positive, upbeat attitude and person with high integrity and honesty. Must have valid Property & Casualty License. You will service existing accounts by completing endorsements for changes to in force policies,, check to ensure appropriate changes were made , resolve customers problems, keep records of customer interactions and transactions, take payments/billing, provide coverage analysis, review renewals, and perform other specific duties and projects assigned by management. Solicit sale or new and additional coverage or policies with possible commission incentive.
