National Account Coordinator

FrontStreet Facility Solutions, Inc. strives to employ individuals seeking an opportunity to expand on their skills.

Such candidates should possess the following:

Experience in customer service

Retail experience is a plus

Accurate and detailed oriented

Ability to work within a fast paced environment

Multitasking skills (answering phones, data entry & etc…)

Team oriented

Department functions:

Responsible for providing superior Customer Service to our clients within timely and efficient time frames

Dispatch technicians to sites to evaluate and / or make repairs, follow up and report to the client the necessary repairs

Follow up with both clients and vendors to ensure all work is completed and to the satisfaction of the client

Ensure vendors are reputable, reliable and in compliance with insurance regulations before going to worksites. Such requirements vary from state to state.

Provide management with updates regarding vendor performance

Track any returned damaged inventory

Support team in all facets required to ensure all work is completed accordingly and satisfactorily
