Community managers serve as the heart of our company. Everything we do relies on the actual output of our community managers. Our community managers are responsible for executing fulfillment and communicating with their clients. They stay in constant contact with their clients and deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports. Community managers take full ownership of reputation management, fulfillment for their clients, and execute promotions with the designer. Community managers post relevant content across all platforms, help promote user-generated content, and facilitate meaningful communication. This role will also dive into the world of paid advertising. Experience in this area is preferred, but is not necessarily required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successful client retention
  • Weekly contact with clients
  • Monthly reports sent to each client
  • Execute 100% fulfillment for your clients
  • Consistently monitor your engagement scores
  • Monitor industry trends and changes on social networks for impact on client’s pages
  • Constantly improve engagement scores and practice new strategies to improve
  • Creatively conduct, coordinate and manage promotions for your clients
  • Monitor for all reviews and respond accordingly
  • Manage the use of ad spend for all clients; including creation and execution of ad campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid understanding of advertising, marketing, and branding
  • Impeccable grammar and writing skills
  • Eat, sleep and breathe social media: constantly think of new ways to use social media to promote businesses
  • Creative and inventive
  • Personable with excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Exude professionalism and confidence
  • Detail and efficiency-minded
  • Organization is a must-have for a quality Community Manager
  • 2+ years working in digital marketing with at least 1 year specifically in social media marketing
