As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for process design, implementation, system control and optimization across multiple brand platforms. The Process Engineer will improve the manufacturing process to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Develops, configures and optimizes manufacturing processes from inception, through to start up and certification
Collects manufacturing data and apply standard statistical methods to analyze, document and diagram manufacturing processes
Identifies manufacturing bottlenecks and devise solutions to resolve
Proposes, develops and implements changes to equipment, work methods or overall process to improve efficiency, and utilization of resources including labor, materials and utilities.
Manages projects to assure all deliverables are achieved including safety, food safety, quality, productivity and budgeting
Supports plant operations through innovation, technical expertise and continuous improvement efforts
Provides process documentation and operating instructions
Supports plant maintenance with technical troubleshooting
Leads risk assessments of equipment and processes
Participates in the development, implementation and coordination of capital budgets to purchase, improve and maintain equipment and processes as needed
Leads and manages capital projects as needed including new equipment/process installations, plant layout and design, manufacturing automation projects and maintenance related projects

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Industrial)
Three or more years of related work experience
