Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Financial Advisor is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant

General Responsibilities Include :

  • Prepare sales material for insurance and investment meetings
  • Perform all underwriting duties, including preparing, completing and processing life, disability and investment applications
  • Manage and track underwriting process from beginning to end while keeping clients informed of the status throughout the underwriting process
  • Policy service, scanning, faxing, as well as miscellaneous help and support

The ideal candidate must be :

  • Proactive, a self starter and resourceful
  • Able to multi task and thrive in situations that are challenging and have deadlines to be met
  • Must be detailed oriented, highly organized and able to work independently and create systems to run a smooth and efficient office
  • Proficient in Google, MS Office and Word

3-4 Days per week. Hours flexible

Salary + bonus based on experience.
