Primary Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage junior members by empowering, coaching and providing feedback that helps teams members grow and meet client expectations

Serve as the day-to-day account lead

Manage budget, projects and timelines

Develop and implement strategic and effective marketing plans

Attend client meetings and partner agency meetings

Participate and lead out on conference calls and reporting

Develop account meeting presentations

Develop creative briefs and work with creative team to create ad campaigns and video content

Assist in media buy strategy

Job Qualifications:

4-5 years or experience within the advertising and digital marketing industry. Agency experience preferred

Proven ability to manage projects and teams

Experience developing multi-layered campaigns with a multicultural focus

Prior experience working with partner agencies

Able to contribute to media and community based strategies

Able to thrive and FLOW in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Ability to gain a full understanding of relevant aspects of our clients’ businesses and generate fresh ideas to solve their business challenges

Preferred Skills:

Advertising/Creative: Experience working with QSR product offerings, ability to showcase brand messages, creative assets, etc., via print, digital and OOH, strong research skills

Grassroots Events: Experience leading grassroots events with heavy community focus

Interpersonal Skills: Strong, autonomous leader who can work across marketing and advertising, confident and persuasive presentation skills, experience working under tight deadlines and high level of professionalism

Written Skills: Great storyteller with excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to be proactive

Professional Development: Committed to continuous learning; able to set and pursue goals
