The Office & Culture Administrator supports a variety of administration, people and culture centric activities and projects. The Office & Culture Administrator understands all aspects of Office and Culture operations and can lead and/or work effectively on a wide variety of projects. Assist in improving company procedures, day-to-day operations as well as support and enhance our company culture and employee experience.
Maintain inventory budget. Conduct inventory weekly and order as approved.
Manage office equipment and handle any troubleshooting as necessary
Manage visitor management software (e-advance)
Maintain company mobility (cell phone) program
Maintain company American Express rewards program tracking
Maintain CMS and publish company, people and culture communications
Maintain agency files, awards and company history
Assist in developing systems and processes that improve employee’s productivity and agency standard operations.
Assist in evacuation training and safety plan development
Culture and Training
Assist Senior Vice President of HR and Operations with coordination and implementation of various projects
Facilitate new hire welcome experience
Contribute to talent management plan development
Coordinate people and culture events and activities
Foster company core values and train employees on FCG Way (standard protocols)
Update intern, consultant, and employee handbooks, as needed
Manage FLOW U training university and professional development opportunities
