About the Role:
This position is for a telesales representative. This person will be responsible for prospecting and closing new consulting relationships. The right candidate will be at home prospecting relentlessly over the telephone.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and excited (as opposed to frustrated) by high expectations.
Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales objectives
Enjoy professional selling
Have a willingness to follow a proven sales process
Possess the ability to succeed in an inside sales environment
Attack their job daily with an unwavering sense of urgency
Be trainable and coachable
Listen actively and sell consultatively
Have a “hunter” mindset
Be comfortable with a compact sales cycle
Previous telesales experience is preferred.
