We are looking for startup-ready software engineers to join our core engineering team, which works side-by-side with our clinical and product teams to change the experience of healthcare.
Were building mobile and web experiences that transform how thousands of patients receive care every day; a clinical intelligence platform that proactively prioritizes patients in need of care; and the underlying infrastructure to scale to millions of patients across the country.
Our tech stack includes React, React Native, Typescript, Python, Django, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. We think its a great modern foundation for tackling the problems we need to solve.

Design, implement, deliver, and maintain infrastructure to support critical healthcare applications
Architect and own DevOps, CI/CD, and security best practices across the team
Participate in on-call / production support rotation
Help recruit highly capable engineers to the team from diverse backgrounds
You'll be a good fit if you have:
Passion for our mission: providing better healthcare for our patients
A love of learning and unstructured problem-solving
5+ years or equivalent experience maintaining production infrastructure
A strong understanding of container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
Experience with AWS technologies (especially EC2, RDS, S3)
Experience with any modern CI/CD tooling and automated testing tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
A strong understanding of cloud and cluster concepts and best practices (highly-available deployments, redundancy, raft, etc)
Experience with Git or modern version control
Itd be nice if you have:
Prior experience with HIPAA-compliant infrastructure
Production on-call experience
