Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Assist in answering company phone calls and general email inquiries

  • Prepare weekly/monthly Accounts Receivable invoices

  • Prepare engagement letters and quotes for new clients and ad-hoc engagements

  • Print off and organize tax folders

  • Participate in weekly administrative meetings with the team and CEO

  • Update and manage tax client spreadsheets

  • Assist with customer service requests

  • Aide CEO in ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Highly detailed oriented

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Team player and positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google suite, Google Docs and Sheets.
