Factor 75 is a premium online personal-chef service that helps people look, feel and most importantly, perform at their peak while saving them time by preparing and delivering incredibly nutritious meals to their homes and offices. Founded in 2013, we are evolving how Americans eat by offering what was previously a service reserved for professional athletes and the ultra-wealthy to other like-minded, performance driven individuals who want to eat better so they can live better.
We’re growing rapidly, to the tune of 300% in the last 12 months alone. We have expanded our service throughout the lower 48 states and are looking to continue to build our team with A-players that have a passion for nutrition, fitness and helping people achieve their goals.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated problem solvers who are passionate about food, fitness —and most importantly—delivering exceptional education and customer service to our clientele.
Our Nutrition Consultants are part of a new and rapidly growing team as we offer this unique service to our valued customers. The Nutrition Consultants will not only be a part of the individualized personal service we offer, but will be able to provide value as to how we can further this project to be always at the top of our game, above all others.
The Customer Experience Team is an integral part of our growing company. You will be responsible for making our customers happy and ensuring they have a pleasant experience with our company each and every time. Your input and feedback to management is critical to the improvement and growth of our company.
Experience is critical. If you do not have “big company” training AND have not worked at an early stage business before then this job is likely not for you. What you’d be doing:
Delivering world-class customer service and education through phone, email, and live chat
Consulting with customers desiring a more hands on experience with Factor 75 to guide them in better nutrition, and choices on their path to their best health
Assisting customers in managing their Factor 75 meal plans and meal selections to meet their needs
Working in a fast-paced, fast changing environment. You will NEVER be bored.
Thinking on your feet to devise creative solutions to all problems that arise as well as ways to improve the relationship with the customer
Building a positive relationship with the various departments and team members to ensure our customers are receiving the best product and service possible!
Acting as customer feedback collection point
This could be the job for you if…
You have 2-5 years experience in a customer service related position
You have 2+ years experience in nutrition (nutrition and/or dietician certifications a must)
You have stellar written and verbal communication skills
You are not shy and generally feel comfortable walking up to a stranger to spark up a conversation
You have a strong ability to empathize with customers, handle objections and defuse upset customers
You have OCD levels of organization. This is a requirement. We have multiple teams, a growing number of team members and ideas coming out of our ears
You are a self-starter, take initiative and get stuff done with a high degree of excellence
You wholeheartedly believe in the power of process and have a passion for attention to details.
You always are working with a sense of urgency and overall can work rapidly. You GET THINGS DONE.
You can work from our Batavia, IL office daily (it’s a pretty amazing space)
You can work well virtually both with your customers and your team
You’re proficient with technology and web-based apps (Google Drive, Gmail, Zendesk, Asana etc.)
You’re almost always in a good mood, enthusiastic and enjoy interacting with people - a lot
You have a degree or certifications in fitness
You have done some type of sales, whether internal/inbound call sales or external
You have a high capacity for learning new skills, ideas, and processes quickly

This position will initially be part time during training to be certain you (and our company) are the right fit. Decision for full time will be made within 3 weeks of work of start date.
