The Opportunity: Break/Fix Technician
Break/Fix Technician: Our Field Services division provides residential and commercial PC, Laptop, Printer, and TV repair services on manufacturer (OEM) products. The products are still under manufacturer warranty or are covered with an extended warranty. Our Break/Fix Field Service Technicians have an opportunity to set their own schedule, be based in your home area, and enjoy the benefit of being out in the field providing excellent customer service versus sitting at a desk in an office environment. We will provide training and certifications on specific manufacturer products (computers and printers) at no cost to you. Some of our certifications that we provide are Dell, IBM, HP, Sony, Lexmark, Apple and others. Once you have completed our online training and certification program, you can start taking calls for F2O. We pay on a Per Call basis (weekly by direct deposit) depending on miles traveled , pay can range from $25 to $35 per call that you complete. Most of our service calls last less than 45 minutes, and are near your home zip code.
In addition to working as a break/fix technician, we also have needs for technicians to assist us with Extended Warranty covered products, such as LCD TV’s for Walmart, Amazon, Target, Sam’s Club and others. And finally, Projects. Our team completes hundreds of projects each week, from data migration to computer installations, our project teams are constantly serving our customers across the United States.
About You: Qualifications
1. Do you enjoy working on computer hardware? Printers? LCD TVs and Monitors?
2. Can you take apart a laptop and rebuild it? Have you ever rebuilt computers from scratch?
3. Are you an entry level individual who just needs a place to start?
4. Do you have reliable transportation where you can travel to and from service calls with ease?
5. Can you pass a criminal and drug test, without any problem?
6. Do you LOVE technology, and most importantly, can you Treat our Customers the way You would Want to be Treated?
