Extenda Networks is currently seeking ​an Office Manager / Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to join our team!

Candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate, has excellent attention to details, is highly organized, and is looking for a place to utilize their accounting background in growing business. This position is based in the Ontario, Ca location.


  • General Bookkeeping
    • Enter and finalize daily transactions
    • Prepare Bank deposits
    • Create Client invoices based on job completion and or monthly recurring schedule
    • Receive payments and update Quick book for the same
    • Resolve billing issue
    • Enter and finalize monthly bills & expenses
    • Process payroll file
    • Manage payroll portal
    • Reconcile monthly credit card statements
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Manage AR and AP Portfolio
  • Must be able to use Quick book Online


  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Knowledge of account reconciliations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, identify and set priorities for self and others, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
