eSUB Construction Software is a rapidly growing company seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Development Representatives who will play a key role as we expand our sales and marketing efforts into key accounts. This is a great entry level opportunity for a success driven professionals to get in early with a rapidly growing SaaS company that is delivering great products to an underserved construction market – the commercial subcontractor market. After 12 months of successful goal attainment and skill development, you’ll have the opportunity to join the Sales Team as an Account Executive, the Implementation Team as a Trainer, or the Client Success Team as a Client Success Manager.

Responsible for for reaching out to net new prospective customers in the SMB space that can benefit from eSUB’s cloud-based project management solution.
Make a high volume of prospecting call to qualified leads
Work closely with Marketing to qualify leads and fill the sales pipeline
Outbound lead generation
Manage leads through a defined process until handover to the Account Executive
Qualify leads for the Account Executives to follow up on and take through the sale process
Achieve or exceed SDR defined metrics and goals
Stay informed on our customers’ business issues, industry trends and competitive offerings
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities and account information in Salesforce.com
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in business development or lead generation on the phone (SaaS environment is preferred)
Technical savvy with Salesforce.com, social media, and other internet based research tools is a plus
Professional demeanor and attitude as the “first impression” of eSUB into prospective accounts
Willingness to adapt, learn, and continually refine your skills
Great work ethic and desire for success and growth
Motivation to focus on goals and professional development
Ability to introduce eSUB’s solutions to subcontractors who can benefit from our offering passionately and with conviction
Proven ability to communicate effectively through telephone and email
Excellent phone skills and voice
Experience in a startup environment is a plus
Compensation: Base + Commission
