This role’s primary responsibility: The Enterprise Regional Sales Manager is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with prospects. This role will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability by leveraging resources for sourcing and completing the sales process into larger accounts.
As an Enterprise RSM you will:
Generate new business through prospecting, and other developed strategies.
Develop trusted relationships with prospects and clients while representing eSUB with integrity and professionalism.
Expand & maintain relationships.
Learn and expertly articulate the industry pains and solution selling accordingly.
Become adept at identifying the critical business issues our customers face.
Work with domain experts and outside sources to leverage relationship parties and navigate through complex sales processes.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Stay up-to-date with new product features and product launches.
Stay informed on our customers’ business issues, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.com.
Occasionally participate in industry events or networking opportunities as required.
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with Client Account Management Team to maximize profit by up-selling.
Collaborate with Implementation Team and Solution Engineers to meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
To succeed in this role, you should:
Have 4 to 6 years of successful B2B sales experience, in software or SaaS.
Have a history of success in consultative selling of software or system solutions to large customers.
Be willing to adapt, learn, and continually refine your skills.
Be albe to run a complex sales process with multiple parties and interests.
Have a great work ethic, flexible schedule, and desire for success and growth.
Have sharp focus on goals and professional development.
Have a passion to help customers solve costly problems through the use of technology.
Have proven ability to communicate effectively through telephone, email, and in person.
To rock this role, you should:
Have experience with the commercial construction industry.
Experience in a startup environment where one learns to be agile, adaptable to a dynamic environment and to understand that collaboration and transparency through trust lead to better alignment cross-functionally and better results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM (preferably Salesforce.com), and other collaboration tools.
Have the following skills/qualities: advanced level of communication, critical thinking, excellent self-discipline, and a healthy level of self-confidence.
