Enterprise Client Success Managers partner with our largest and most strategic clients to help maximize their success with eSUB and empower them through digital transformation. As an Enterprise CSM, you are the trusted advisor and champion for your clients, with a heavy emphasis on promoting retention, satisfaction and growth.


· Build relationship as a trusted advisor to technical decision makers and C-Suite

· Lead multifunction account team to create and carry out strategic account plans

· Foster and grow relationships with your clients, supporting them at each stage of their journey from initial onboarding to product adoption, expansion, advocacy, and ultimately renewal

· Develop a deep understanding of eSUB’s product/solution and translate customer needs into successful value-centric use cases

· Review and act on customer usage and engagement metrics (through ChurnZero) to provide data-driven recommendations for each customer

· Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to ensure adoption of our product is contributing to their company’s success and to strategize on how to deliver more value

· Review and act upon activity metrics of assigned clients

· Provide engaging business-level presentations and product demonstrations to clients

· Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities and negotiate subscription renewals

· Work closely with product & support teams and the customer to resolve enhancement requests and potential issues

· Meet or exceed individual retention and expansion targets, such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

· Mentor Customer Success Managers on how to more effectively engage with clients


  • 10+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration experience
  • The candidate must possess a "passion for excelling", and demonstrate it daily
  • Outgoing personality, professional demeanor and polished communication skills (excellent verbal & written skills)
  • Experience working for a company that provides a SaaS business solution
  • Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing metrics and drawing conclusions based on data provided.
  • Experience working in the construction industry as a subcontractor/project coordinator a plus
  • Pre-Sales experience a plus

· Up to 30% travel to meet with clients in person and attend industry events
