Job Summary:

Responsible for providing product/service information to assist in resolving product & service problems.

Essential Functions:

  • Integrate new clients into the eSUB solution. Handle account setups and account updates.
  • Provide initial, follow-up and requested training for new clients and newly on-boarded clients.
  • Answer incoming calls and balance the demands of multiple tasks and multiple procedures.
  • Assist with customer requirements and assist them with technical inquiries regarding eSUB products.
  • Resolve customer issues via the phone, online chat and email within a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other depts. when necessary to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Provide quality service by comprehending procedures and continued product knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • ·One year of telephone technical and customer service experience in a professional industry in an end-user computing environment utilizing effective phone and email communication skills is preferred.
  • Experience working in the construction industry as a subcontractor/project coordinator a plus.
  • Knowledge of Construction Documentation such as Submittals, RFI's, Change Order Requests, Daily Reports, Pay Applications G702 G703, Time Card Processing and other construction documentation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction management software is a plus (Prolog, Timberline, Primavera . . .etc).
  • Knowledge of CRM (i.e. salesforce or other systems) is plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.

Fluency in English.
