We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Software Implementation Project Manager. This position will require an organized communicator and collaborative problem-solver with project management skills and a talent for understanding complex business requirements and ability to anticipate client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client contract negotiations to lay groundwork for reasonable terms and customer expectations
  • Lead successful implementation of web-based business software
  • Assess client’s needs and develop, coordinate and prioritize project tasks and timelines
  • Manage team of implementation consultants to ensure project is on task and meeting timeline
  • Propose and manage alternative solutions and maintain project plans and status to clients, consultants and senior management
  • Contribute to improve team processes, procedures and documentation
  • Be an expert in web-based purchasing and related accounting software in a consultative role for clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in implementation and project management within software industry
  • Four-year college degree preferably in Information Technology or Business
  • Experience distilling complex customer business requirements into a solution that satisfies customers business needs, and delivering that solution successfully
  • Knowledge of accounting, procurement and ERP systems
  • Experience with project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Travel to client sites occasionally
