Salary: $65,000- $80,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Each year, the Strategic Initiatives team at EOS is responsible for the recruitment of a new cohort of partner schools and the retention of current partners into the next year of partnership. The retention of current clients is a significant and growing source of revenue for EOS, and the partnership model for returning partners has been expanded significantly in the last several years. This role has been developed because of this importance and growing significance, and the individual in this position will have a significant impact on the process by which that happens. The Manager of Retention will lead the process to ensure that throughout the year, current partners are supported and engaged regarding their future with EOS, their equity journey and their progress through our Action for Equity (A4E) partnership model. The Manager of Retention will expand upon and formalize existing processes that lead a majority of current partners to resign contracts with EOS every year, directly engage with a portion of EOS’ current partners through this process, and manage the internal processes with other EOS staff members collaborating on retention.
The Retention Manager will take ownership over the entire retention process within EOS, collaborating with members of the Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships teams to build upon existing processes, envision an improved timeline and strategy for engagement of current partner districts about future partnerships and contracts, and ensure a successful and timely resigning of contracts for current partner districts across the organization.
