BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Entitle Direct Group, Inc. is a high-growth financial services company. The Company is seeking multiple accomplished Business Development Representatives to work in various strategic geographic regions. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for creating and supporting a network of clients located in his/her respective region. (Seeking candidates currently in the following markets: One position in Florida and another position covering VA-MD-DC)

The Business Development Representative will report to the Managing Director of Business Development and have close working relationships with other members of the Business Development and Operations teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the primary Business Development Representative to market title and settlements services to new clients.

- Leverage existing relationships to increase order flow from established base of clients.

- Motivate and guide team members to achieve Company goals in order flow and closings.

- Promote business practices which will protect the Company from incidents of fraud and title losses.

- Review and improve Company business practices, developing objectives, metrics for success, milestones, and strategies.

- Research and evaluate prospective clients leading to the development and implementation of client-specific acquisition
strategies.

- Serve as customer service point of contact, working closely with
clients to resolve potential challenges.

- Support internal Title Specialists and Underwriters to maintain high-level service.

- Make frequent on-site client visits.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, and PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

- Demonstrated knowledge of local title industry practices.

- Demonstrated track-record of acquiring and managing a client base of mortgage brokers, loan officers, realtors,
and other real estate professionals (2-5 years current experience is required).

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Goal-oriented, sales-driven.

- Possess an existing client base (preferable).

- Self-starter, capable of working independently.

- Ability to provide superior account management.

- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, prioritizing multiple time-sensitive matters.

- Four year degree required.

- MS Office, Sales Force, Web literate.

- Willingness to travel up to 60-80% of the time.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
