We are seeking an Electronic Products Specialist to become a key member of our team! An Electronic Product Specialist manages the Bank's rapidly expanding collection of electronic products, Internet presence, and electronic communications. The Electronic Product Specialist's mission is to help the Bank achieve high customer adoption of, retention of, and satisfaction with the Bank's electronic products while also maintaining a professional and fresh electronic presence online. This position is based out of the Ehrhardt, SC office, and will require travel to other Enterprise Bank of SC branch and business customer locations as needed.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Manage the Bank’s electronic banking products which currently include: ACH Origination, Telephone Banking, Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Bill Pay, Electronic statements, Card Vault mobile application, and Remote Deposit Capture for Business customers 
  • Optimize the usage, adoption, and retention of all electronic products by customers and employees. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a social media strategy with Executive Management 
  • Oversee and develop content for the Bank’s social media channels and website. 
  • Travel to all Enterprise Bank of South Carolina locations as needed to train employees and promote products 
  • Travel to Business Customers’ offices to setup and audit electronic products 
  • Develop written procedures and training documents for the Bank’s electronic products 
  • Any other responsibilities related to electronic banking products

Key requirements: 

  • Previous experience in marketing and/or public relations
  • Previous customer service experience and/or experience promoting products
  • Familiarity with web site and social media management
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively market and promote electronic products 
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to support electronic banking products and troubleshoot issues with the products that arise 
  • Ability to develop clear and concise procedures 
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite 
