Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a sales team for a growing software company? Due to continued growth, Engineerica Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing, improving and enlarging a sales team for our existing and mature software products.

Duties include:

  • Improve the strategic sales plan for each of our software products.
  • Streamlining the sales process and enhancing its tools and methodologies.
  • Hire additional sales professionals.
  • Managing performance and assisting other sales reps with closings.
  • Coaching and training other sales reps.
  • Business Development through researching new clients, markets and sales channels.
  • Monitoring sales targets and making recommendations for performance improvements for the sales team.
  • Ensuring the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Staying aware of industry trends through market and competitor research.
  • Report on progress and sales team and individual performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing B2B sales and lead sales teams.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Previous sales experience within a software company is preferred.
  • Ability to build and improve sales processes.
  • Experience in high-level account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in consumer trends and buying influences.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and trend analysis.

This is a full-time salary position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Occasional exceptions may be required as job duties demand.

Compensation
