Energy Advantage is a full service Roofing, Windows and Solar installation company. We are looking to hire a few of the right sales people who can articulate insurance claims to homeowners and property managers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
We have dedicated in office/classroom training every week, as well as in-field training weekly with experienced team members to ensure success for everyone on the team. We are looking to invest in the right few candidates with all of the needed technology, training and industry knowledge to acquire skills that will be valuable in their futures for any endeavor they choose. The owners of Energy Advantage have trained over 450 industry leading sales people, many of whom have gone on to open their own successful businesses and remain friends to this day.

How to choose, track and market your own sales territory.
How to communicate with customers in our 5 step customer centric service model.
A number of construction trades that will come in useful for your own personal projects as well as future opportunities.
Goal setting, tracking and accomplishing.
Business development and leadership.
Job Responsibilities include:
Scout for residential roofing, windows, siding, and paint sales in neighborhoods damaged by the recent storms.
Assist homeowners in filing insurance claims and educating them of the insurance process
Manage customer expectations, needs and wants
Attend continuous sales training every Tuesday and Friday
Participate in hands-on field training
Sales experience preferred but not required.
Must be outgoing, with a great personality and possess excellent people and communication skills.
Opportunity to advance into a sales management position within the first 12 months!
Sign contracts with customers.
Upload statement of loss and contract to MIS.
Upload pre-production pictures to MIS.
Show up the day of the build to answer questions.
Upload mid job pictures in MIS.
Upload post production pictures in MIS under file labeled “after”.
Weekly one on one meetings with supervisor.
Canvass with other sales reps.
Walk into 3 insurance agencies per week to introduce yourself.
-must be 18 yrs old
-must have valid drivers license and car
-must have a cell phone and data plan
-will need to be okay working with computer programs
-must be ok with being on a roof
