Encadria Staffing Solutions is looking for assembly workers, craters, CNC machinists, welders, and many other positions at John Zink Hamworthy. The minimum requirements are below.

Day In The Life Typically Includes:

• Interpreting blueprints and tape measure

• Performing repetitive tasks such as, but not limited to, installing / fastening components

• Must possess good problem-solving skills

• Must possess basic math skills

• Other jobs as assigned

What You Will Need:

• Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts

• Experience with power and hand tools a plus

• Basic math and communication skills required

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills

What Will Put You Ahead?

• 2+ years industrial assembler experience

• High School Graduate or GED Equivalent

• Technical or vocational School

Physical Demands / Unusual Working Conditions

• Repetitive tasks

• Walking, standing, stooping, crouching

• Some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

• Able to work in industrial environment

Other Considerations:

• Able to work overtime if necessary.
