EmpowerMe Wellness, LLC was born out of the realization that something was missing in the world of comprehensive senior wellness. Seniors succeed when rehabilitation services are offered as part of their daily lives. EmpowerMe Wellness allows for clients and their families to work with one wellness team to get the services they need whether it is physical, occupational, or speech therapy, home health, medication management, help around the house, or hospice services.
We’re expanding our team to better meet the needs of those we serve and are looking for a Full-Time Billing Support Representative. The ideal candidate has experience working in medical billing and would be available to work 40 hours per week and is able to work 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.
About the role…
As a Billing Support Representative with EmpowerMe you will be responsible for assisting with the overall back-end medical billing process. Key functions of this role will involve verification of medical eligibility and coverage of benefits, audits of 3rd party billing reports to ensure accuracy of the overall billing process, deposit reconciliation and batch upload, addressing billing issues related to: missing/incomplete documentation and/or charges, delay in claim processing due to medical documentation submission requirements, credentialing issues, etc. The ability to review and collect information in a thorough and detailed manner, as well as timely response and communication are critical to the success of this position.
