R&D System Architect - High Speed Transceivers

Join the Leader in Innovation! This is a Principal level role. We are looking for a hands-on Manager / Director to apply his/her expertise to the growth of our new team.

Senior System Architect:

We are looking for a strong analytical system architect to help drive next generation product architectures and to innovate differentiated features that address emerging needs in the areas of high speed interfaces.

Candidate needs demonstrated experience in conceiving solutions, defining products, and building commercially viable products.

Expertise in the following is desired:
- High speed (10G+) PLLs, CDRs, transceivers, equalizers, SerDes architectures & implementations
- Familiarity with PHY-level issues in common interconnects such as HDMI, InfiniBand, SAS, PCI Express, and USB
- Strong analytical and modeling skills & Expertise in Matlab
- Background in estimation theory and random processes a plus
- Good communication and customer skills
- Ability to Lead an analog mixed signal design team to realistically realize proposed architectures
- 10+ years experience in signal processing focused primarily on signal integrity issues
- PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred
