Staff Firmware/Software Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Staff Firmware/Software Engineer to join the development team building a family of ASIC designs. Selected candidate will perform design and develop work on embedded for 'System On a Chip' (SOC) ASICs.

Candidate must be familiar with the Linux development platform, and be capable of developing networking drivers and applications for embedded Linux platforms and/or windows platform.

Primary development will be C, with some assembly as required.

Selected candidate must have experience developing software/firmware for ASIC's, SOC's or systems.

Required Skills

  • Driver development on embedded Linux OR Application and driver development on windows.
  • Embedded software in C and assembly

Required Experience

  • Linux/ windows driver development
  • Kernel exp is a plus
  • Ethernet experience is a plus
  • Linux development in an embedded environment
