The Business Systems Analyst will work with the project stakeholders to translate their requirements into something that developers can understand as well as translate the resulting questions that the developers have into something the stakeholders can understand. This is an interactive process throughout the project. An important part of this is the distillation of the differing messages of various stakeholders into a single consistent vision. In this respect the Business Systems Analyst will act as a knowledge integrator.
