We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of construction projects in the water and wastewater industry in the Lancaster/York/Harrisburg area.
The Assistant Project Manager will report to the Project Managers in our Columbia PA office to control the time, cost and quality of construction projects. They assist with the planning and coordination all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling subcontractors, and working with Vendors, Engineers, Owner and Government Agencies.
Assistant Project Managers are to confer with supervisors or other managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. Assistant Project Managers must resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issues that may cause delays. Assistant Project Managers will negotiate with the assistance of a Supervisor, schedule and manage in-house workers, subcontractors, vendors, Engineers and Government Agencies.
