We’re seeking an Online Marketing Manager to drive our demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience across a variety of marketing methods. You’ll manage our online advertising, our email marketing, and our partner programs. You’re naturally analytical and metrics-driven. If you’re achievement oriented and love online marketing. this could be a great role for you.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Objective:

  • Design marketing campaigns
  • Successfully execute marketing programs and generate leads

Success Metrics:

  • Number of marketing qualified leads
  • ROI of programs

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Online Advertising

  • Channel experimentation (SEM, display networks, social media)
  • Ad development
  • Targeting
  • Offer development
  • Landing page development

Partner Programs

  • Work with partners on marketing plans
  • Execute demand gen programs such as webinars, on-demand videos, whitepapers offers, etc.

Email Marketing

  • Acquire lists
  • Design & develop campaigns
  • Execute & measure results

Event Management

  • Maintain event calendar & recommend events
  • Execute events
  • Manage project plan
  • Create materials & giveaways
  • Oversee logistics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Analytical thinker, metrics driven
  • A/B testing experience and orientation
  • Minimum 5 years experience in online marketing
  • Strong foundation in the fundamentals of customer acquisition
  • Experience with SEM
  • Experience with email marketing (marketing automation a plus)
  • Highly organized
  • Strong writing skills
  • Inquisitive mind
  • Autonomous, self-starter that is able to figure things out with little direction
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment
