is a direct to consumer marketing company located in South Portland. We are looking for an Inbound Sales Supervisor to manage an Inbound sales team. Purpose:
The objective of the Inbound Sales Supervisor position is to supervise a team of Inbound sales agents with focus on improving sales performance through coaching, mentoring and training of the Inbound sales agents on the sales process, script usage, adhering to key metrics and company policies.Responsibilities:
Position offers a base Salary and Monthly Bonus potential
- Mentor and coach inbound sales agents to improve performance through reinforcement of the sales process, coaching and training under the direction of the Inbound Sales Manager.
- Supervise Inbound Sales agents by measuring, tracking and proposing ways to increase efficiency, close rate, revenue goals, up-sells, cross sells, auto ships, revenue per order and revenue per call.
- Monitor sales calls and provide feedback to sales agents based on the sales assessment guidelines.
- Be a resource and role model on the sales floor.
- Review inbound sales agent's performance on a weekly basis.
- Answer inbound sales calls in heavy que.
Full-time schedule working 3 mid-days and mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts.
