San Francisco's premiere children's boutique, Dottie Doolittle is looking for a rock star e-commerce/office assistant!

We are looking for a self-starter and a problem solver.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Troubleshoot the POS system
- product updates on the website
- some design and photography work
- entering and receiving purchase orders
- supply ordering, maintaining computer and office equipment, support to our selling/stock staff, and general office/store organization.

Must have knowledge of computers and a variety of computer programs such as:
- Microsoft Office for PC
- e-commerce sites (like Shopify, ProductCart)
- Photoshop
- Fluent in social media

Troubleshooting is always an aspect of an office environment, must be able to recognize problems and work through to resolution. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and adjust to the changing priorities of the store. Must be able to work with direction as well as initiate projects and follow through independently. As the seasons change, and the staffing needs of the business dictate, you may be expected to work some weekends, possibly holidays. This position is for the full time & part time (~20 hrs), Individuals with less than 1 years' experience need not apply.
