Digital South Communications, Inc. is expanding and seeks an IT Professional to join our team!

DSC focuses on each client to deliver a timely resolution, within budget and right the first time.

Do you have the following abilities and knowledge to help deliver customer satisfaction that Digital South is looking for?

· Build, configure and manage servers, switches and networks

· Troubleshoot to isolate hardware and software issues

· Wireless and cable networking including LAN/WAN, Ethernet, switching, routing and TCP/IP

· Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange

· Working technical knowledge of Remote Desktop configuration and setup

· Experience with IP-PBX or VoIP equipment

· Technical knowledge of UCaaS technology & VoIP technologies

· Confidence and knowledge to provide user end training

· Collaborate with team members to provide a customer focus, service driven solution

· Ability to perform in a fast pace environment and multi task to meet customer needs

Your Daily Activities will include:

· Organizing assigned ticket queue by prioritizing critical issues and effectively manage time to successfully address tasks in a time sensitive manner. Experience with AutoTask / Datto a plus.

· Record customer-reported issues by documenting actions and next steps required in a Help Desk Environment

· Provide quotes for software and hardware purchases

· Develop and maintain a general knowledge of all Digital South products

· Ability to perform onsite maintenance

Education / Experience:

· Associates’ Degree in a computer related discipline

· 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk Environment

· VoIP / Telecom
