DHR International Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an assistant to support our St. Louis office.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Greeting clients and candidates
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Managing schedules and making travel arrangements
- Communicating with client organizations, high-level executives, and their assistants
- Creating and distributing client presentations, business development packets, and proposals; formatting outgoing documents
- Preparing expense reports
- Opening and distributing mail
- Updating candidate database
- Manage EVPs' contacts and outgoing communications as needed
- Special projects as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:

- Well organized with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly disposition
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent computer skills (specifically in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
