DAO Group is a software and hardware company with a presence across several industries as an enterprise solutions provider, specializing in mobile computing, route accounting and warehouse management. Our Chesapeake office is home to most of our staff including Support, IT, and a computer repair depot.
This is an entry level phone support position with a growing technology company. The primary duty of this position is answering support phone calls to assist clients having software or hardware issues, and using our tracking systems to document and escalate calls accordingly. Other duties include staging new equipment for delivery, testing software and hardware, data entry and miscellaneous office tasks.
High School Diploma
Excellent customer service skills
Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of basic arithmetic
Professional attitude, attire, and communication
Basic understanding of accounting principles
1-2 years of experience in some form of support/customer service
Experience with rugged mobile devices
Knowledge of the Snack Food Industry
Knowledge of Route Distribution
Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
