Busy Automotive Call Center is looking for Customer Service Supervisor!
This is an Inbound/Outbound call center
NO COLD CALLING!
Main Responsibilities Include:
1. Handling Escalated calls
2. taking inbound calls from New and Current Clients
3. Motivating the room to Meet their Goals
4. Customer Service Follow-Up calls
5. Monitoring the Room’s productivity
This Position is FULL TIME and LONG TERM
Salary Pay plus Bonus Opportunities EVERYDAY!

Management Experience in the Customer Service Field along with Strong Work Ethic is Required
Call Center/Customer Phone sales experience is preferred, but we Will Train the RIGHT Candidate!!
