Busy Automotive Call Center is looking for Customer Service Supervisor!
This is an Inbound/Outbound call center
NO COLD CALLING!
* Motivating the team to Meet their Goals!
* Handling Escalated calls
* taking inbound calls from New and Current Clients
* Setting appointments for New prospects to come to the dealership
* Customer Service Follow-Up calls
* Providing information on vehicles and services for customers
This Position is FULL TIME and LONG TERM
Salary Pay plus Bonus Opportunities EVERYDAY!

Management and Customer Service Experience along with Strong Work Ethic are Required
Call Center/Customer Phone sales experience is preferred, but we Will Train the RIGHT Candidate!!
