The CAR SME Installer Multiscope will interact directly with the CAR SME Foreman and coworkers on each project to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timeline. The CAR SME Installer Multiscope is responsible for executing a variety of general labor and specific trade work tasks including: Staging, deployment, operational set up, drive induction, pod induction, charger installation, fiducial installation and floor health maintenance. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, promptness and a strong focus on safety and timeline execution are key attributes of a successful CAR SME Installer Multiscope. This role also includes ensuring that work process and quality supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

•Operating material handling equipment including forklift, floor cleaner, stacker, manual and powered pallet jacks
•Utilize equipment, tools and supplies to support execution of projects
•Follow and promote all company safety policies and procedures
•Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and external business partners
•Consistent daily communication with SME Foreman regarding all project aspects
•Maintain clean work and storage areas
•Regularly work towards task and skill improvement
•Conduct material handling responsibilities of drives, chargers and pods
•Install drives, chargers and pods per specs
•Trouble shoot and conduct quality control on drives, chargers, pods and fiducials
•Document and communicate issues of induction
•Protect entrepreneurial information and workplace confidentiality
•Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times
•Produce high quality level of work
•Attend daily stand up meetings, daily PTSA meetings and implement actions as directed
•Be aware of project timeline requirements and work diligently towards meeting them
•Consistently positively represent Culver Equipment through behaviors, performance and communication
•Perform side responsibilities as needed and requested by supervisor
•Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications:
•Must be a minimum of 18 years old
•A valid state drivers license preferred
•Must possess enhanced travel I.D.
•Must have and be able to use personal communication device for business communication on responsibilities
•Must have competent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use basic computer software applications
•Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
•Exercise Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
•Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
•Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
•Legally allowed to work in the United States
•High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
•Frequent standing and walking
•Consistent use of hands and the ability to reach with arms
•Consistent use of fine motor skills using fingers to handle or feel
•Occasionally required to sit
•Required to be able to speak and hear
•Ability to use a ladder
•Repetitive pushing, pulling and lifting of objects up to 50 pounds
•Ability to squat, bend and kneel as a repetitive job action
•Ability to work in non-climate controlled indoor environments resulting in extreme hot/cold temperatures
•Ability to work 12-13 hour shifts
Position Type/Expected Work Hours:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are ultimately dictated per project. Some weekend or evening hours may be necessary.
This position requires out of state travel 100% of the time with deployment lengths up to 16 weeks at a time.
