Our new hires go through a month of training under our Training Manager, who instructs them on the basics of the business. After that time, they're placed on a team of fellow salespeople under the direction of a team lead who will guide them on the particulars of the business, developing your sales and business abilities into actual skills, backed with thirty years of industry knowledge.
